Kevin Williams
Senior Vice President and Chief Purchasing Officer
Kevin Williams serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Purchasing Officer for Dana, responsible for all aspects of the company’s global purchasing activities. Kevin works closely with all our business units to develop and deploy global purchasing and supplier strategies that advance our operating priorities, drive continuous improvement, and ultimately ensure that we are leveraging our full capabilities to most efficiently serve our customers.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Kevin has held strategic roles across the U.S. and Europe with Bentley, MG, and Arvin Meritor. He joined Dana in 2011 as a Purchasing Director for Europe. He has also held several leadership positions within Light Vehicle (LV), including Vice President of Purchasing, LV and Electrification (EV). Most recently, he served as Vice President of Purchasing, Power Technologies (PT) and EV, where he successfully helped to drive best-in-class cost processes through a leaner supply base while focusing on the development and implementation of our purchasing strategy.
Kevin earned a master’s degree in purchasing and supply-chain management from the University of Bolton in the United Kingdom. He is a certified professional in supply-chain management and member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He was also named a Rising Star by Automotive News Europe.
